Victoria is an amazing and energetic 5 year old girl, based in Houston, TX. She has signed with an agent and manager in Hollywood, and will be moving to L.A. this summer.

iPOP 2011 Open Monologue
Most of the iACT competitions at iPOP are behind closed doors. But they allowed us to get "behind the scenes" for a couple this year. This is the MONOLOGUE competition for the Independent team from Houston. Victoria is at the front of the line.
